GOONJ… A VOICE, AN EFFORT
Goonj’s mission as part of the CSR initiatives is to make clothing a matter of concern. All our products are made from the last strands and shreds of cloth, paper and other household material we get after sorting out the wearable, useable stuff. This product is made out of torn clothes/ jeans, audio tapes, etc. people discard in droves. There are no designer minds at work; it is largely ingenuity of our own minds.
CHARITY BEGINS WITH US
We at Kavya came forth and tried to fulfil our Social Responsibility when Kashmir was hit by a disaster. We in collaboration with an NGO “GOONJ" organised drives to collect Food, Clothes, Medical Supplies etc. at various locations and ensuring that help reached the people of Kashmir in their most difficult times.
Our team worked tirelessly and whole heartedly to make this effort and show our support and stand by thousands of people of Kashmir who were affected by the floods. Hoping our small contribution helped save lives and families and brought them some solace. We at Kavya always have and always will extend ourselves and our work for the betterment of humanity even in crisis.

JOY OF SHARING
"Joy of Sharing" being Kavya Groups’ motto and goal which nudged us to host and help spread smiles and happiness in the lives of the brave cancer warriors and their families with the help of Dr. Ernest Borges Memorial Fund. A day filled with games, love, laughter and happiness filled us with immense optimism and gratitude, humbled us and gave our companies vision for the future a new perspective. We at Kavya pledge to do our bit in spreading the joy and winning hearts and blessings.
Keeping with our pledge and promise we at Kavya in collaboration with and NGO "Anyone can Help" participated in "Paushtik Laddo Donation Drive for Cancer Patients” at Ashok Singhal Rugna Seva Sadan . This Seva Sadan gives free Accommodation and food for a Cancer Patient and one of its Relative. The Patients are treated at Tata Cancer Memorial Hospital and the Sanstha provides free travel via Ambulances to and fro from the Hospital to the Sanstha Ground. Their work and effort is that our Home, Society and this whole nation should be addiction free one day. So this is how they help connect people in our ongoing fight against addiction... keep motivating them against addiction.
Our efforts for awareness will continue and so will Kavya’s support in this noble cause
SAVE THE GREEN
An initiative by PDP FORUM, KBPL is actively involved in beautifying and creating a serene green environment of Priyadarshini Park, one of the best parks of Mumbai as part of its ever expanding CSR initiatives.
